We are supporting a growing specialist advisory business with the appointment of two RICS-qualified Quantity Surveyors / Valuation Surveyors to join their national team.
This is a highly specialist opportunity for professionals with experience across insolvency, restructuring, distressed assets, and plant & machinery valuations, offering genuine flexibility, national coverage, and the potential for equity options as the business continues to scale.
Our client is looking to appoint two experienced Quantity Surveyors / Valuation Surveyors with a strong background in plant and machinery valuations, ideally within an insolvency, restructuring, or distressed asset environment.
This role will suit someone who is commercially sharp, technically confident, and comfortable working across a varied national client base. You will be involved in the valuation of plant, machinery, equipment, and business assets, supporting insolvency practitioners, lenders, restructuring teams, and wider professional services clients.
The successful candidates must be RICS qualified and able to demonstrate hands-on experience in valuation-led work, particularly where assets are being assessed for insolvency, disposal, recovery, refinance, or business restructuring purposes.
